INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups Organic Strawberries (fresh)
  • 2 Organic Bananas (fresh)
  • 1/2 cup Organic Raw Cashews (soaked)
  • 1 tsp Organic Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 to 2 cups Filtered Water (depending on preferred consistency)
  • Optional: 2 - 4 ice cubes if a chilled milkshake is desired

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak the cashews in a bowl of water for a minimum of 1 hour, but preferably 2 to 4 hours before making the shake, or use soaked cashews that you may already have on hand.
  2. Wash the strawberries, remove the leaf tops (if desired), and add into the blender.
  3. Peel the bananas and cut into the blender.
  4. Place the soaked and rinsed cashews into the blender, along with the vanilla, water, and optional ice cubes.
  5. Blend on high speed until the mixture is perfectly smooth and creamy.
  6. With the help of a spatula, transfer the shake into a glass or cup, and enjoy.
