- Wholesome, organic flat bread or pizza crust of your choice
- Organic Hummus - homemade
- Organic Eggplant
- Organic Bell Peppers - variety of your choice
- Organic Olives - variety of your choice, pits removed
- Raw Vegan Feta Cheese - homemade
- Organic Black Pepper
- Organic Garlic Powder
- Organic Cayenne Pepper Powder

Preparation Steps
- Be sure to make your hummus and raw vegan Feta cheese beforehand, following the recipes in the links provided.
- Once you are ready to make your pizza, preheat your (toaster) oven to 350F.
- Spread a generous layer of hummus over the pizza crust you chose.
- Wash and peel the eggplant, and slice thinly. Cut the slices into quarters and place in a single layer on your pizza.
- Wash, cut, core, and dice the bell peppers. Sprinkle generous amounts of the peppers over your pizza.
- Sprinkle some black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder over the pizza for a richer and slightly spicy flavor.
- Slice up the olives (unless pre-sliced) and sprinkle on top of your pizza.
- Top the pizza with some of the raw vegan Feta you made or use a vegan cheese of your choice.
- Place the pita pizzas into your (toaster) oven and cook for about 15 minutes, or as desired.
- Remove from the (toaster) oven, cut the pizza, and enjoy.
