At the start of this month, I had the pleasure of sharing with you an interview with owner George Luntz from Native Remedies and through it introducing you to this natural company.

There are many herbal, homeopathic or supplement companies out there today, but not all provide high quality products that can be trusted. This is why, when I come across one of high quality, I like to share it with you, the reader and spread awareness about it so that all those seeking natural options for healing and prevention can know where to find them.

Native Remedies provides the market-leading brand of natural remedies specially formulated to offer a complete solution for holistic wellness. Native Remedies provides customers worldwide over 250 herbal and homeopathic remedies for almost every condition in products for the whole family, including adults, children and even pets.

Being in perfect health at the present time, there aren’t many supplements of any kind that I take or would consider needing, but there are specifically two from Native Remedies, that I know are extremely valuable for most people out there today – and which I have tried and would consider taking myself. In this review, I will talk about one of them – the more common one that each and every single person can use as part of regular maintenance in keeping their body functioning optimally. This is the Liver Dr.

The Liver Dr. is a homeopathic, herbal formula that is designed to support all functions of the liver, gallbladder and our overall health. It is considered a dietary supplement and contains no animal products, gluten artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. It is formulated to help those with existing liver damage, and all those of us who can give our liver a healthy boost and support its arduous daily tasks of the numerous chemical reactions, substance production and detoxification that it performs.

One takes the Liver Dr. 3 times daily, by diluting 15 drops of the solution in a 1/4 of a glass of water. I have tried various liver flushes or tonics before, and so the taste or aroma of this product did not surprise me. It is not what one would describe as a “pleasant” taste or smell, but a rather stronger herbal type. I found this does not interfere with taking it, as diluting it in that amount of water, really makes a big difference. I have tried liver flushes that needed to be taken by the spoonful and those were hard to swallow.

In terms of effects or seeing an improvement in overall feeling, this will be a very personal experience for each person. When it comes to the liver, most of the time we cannot feel, know or experience directly that there is something “wrong”, such as the liver being stressed or congested. However, various tests at naturopathic doctor’s offices are available to determine the stress load on one’s liver.

Some people will notice an overall feeling of increased energy and stamina, loss of feeling tired after eating, imropved immune function, clearer skin, better digestion or just an overall improvement in health and vitality. Some won’t notice a thing, but it does not mean the product is not working. If one needs to prove to themselves the efficacy of this product, going for some liver stress test before and after taking the remedy can be indicative of that.

Living in the world of toxins that we do today, ultimately I think everyone can benefit from such a remedy 1 or twice a year, as part of healthy maintenance for optimal health. It is interesting that we do various things regularly to maintain our cars for example, but we only take notice of doing something for our bodies, when things go wrong.

So in keeping a healthy liver – the organ responsible for so many critical health functions – from detoxification of everything that enters your body, to proper fat, protein and carbohydrate metabolism, healthy iron and cholesterol maintenance and immune support, among many other things, I definitely recommend giving our liver a helping hand with a product like the Liver Dr. as part of a regular health maintenance routine.
